I was looking at this 100 Anderson St, Pittsburgh PA apartment and filled application and gave 2 checks - $120 Non refundable Application fee and $300 Refundable Admin Fee.I received mixed opinion about this location and so backed out on moving further.

This guy name Casey at property promised to send the refundable deposit but I am almost waited for 4+ months - never received the " refundable deposit" which suppose to be meant for admin fee after I moved in. They already swallowed $120 as non- refundable.

It seems like a fraud to me.Not sure how to proceed with this guy/property management.

Review about: Morgan Communities Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $450.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Taking your money.

You have contacted Morgan Properties, when in fact this is a Morgan Communities property. We are two different companies. I would recommend reaching out and reposting this on Morgan Communities page and hopefully, someone will be able to help you.
